GLASS HANDS

METAL/ROCK • Indianapolis

Glass Hands is the striking result of a 6-year evolutionary journey that scorched the definition of the metal genre.

This five-piece group is creating a buzz with their technical guitar prowess, infusing ambient and melodic harmonies topped with powerful lyrics. High energy live performances and undeniable chemistry is guaranteed with Glass Hands. You can expect diversity and influence from multiple genres in their music, which keeps their loyal listeners interested year over year. They believe that metal shouldn’t be as limiting as some artists let it be. You can find traces of rock, pop, punk rock, and death metal throughout their discography. Without a doubt, Glass Hands is clearly stretching their technical limits while expressing their love for the simplicity of modern pop. There is no way to lock them down as they expand their sound with every release.

Delivering one hard-hitting anthem after another and driven by powerful guitars, aggressive drum beats, and poignant vocals, this outfit has released an EP entitled Exit Letters in 2016, and a full-length album entitled Dive in 2018. Glass Hands has toured regularly, in and out of the midwest. So far, they have played shows in almost every state in the midwest and northeast, as well as Texas surrounding SXSW in 2017.

After the release of their singles, ‘Reason to Stay’ and ‘Bouquet’ in 2019, Glass Hands stacked up over 30k dedicated monthly listeners on Spotify and still retains these listeners 2 years later. They have been featured twice on Alternative Press, once on Loudwire, and on several Spotify playlists with up to 60k followers. Their single ‘Bouquet’ now has over 1.9M streams on Spotify, increasing by 2-3k every day. Glass Hands had never seen exponential growth like they did in 2021.

In May of 2021, Glass Hands recorded a 5-song EP, Detox, with platinum record producer Andrew Wade (A Day To Remember, Wage War, Neck Deep, The Ghost Inside) at The Audio Compound in Orlando, Florida. Detox was released in June of 2022, racking up over 100,000 streams in less than a month. Shortly after, vocalist Adam Anderson decided to part ways with the band due to personal reasons. With full intentions to keep writing and touring, Glass Hands plans to double down and use their momentum from Detox to shake the metal scene with their next release.
